WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Insight PI currently accepts Cash, Check, any major App-Based payment services (I.E. Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, etc.), and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

CAN I PICK MY OWN INVESTIGATION TEAM FOR MY NEXT CASE?

Though we do not currently have the option to hand select a team of investigators, rest assured that we are committed to providing you the best service in the industry.

HOW LONG WILL AN INVESTIGATION FOR A CHEATING SPOUSE TAKE?

If you have a cheating spouse, it is very hard to give a specific timeline. Their cautiousness will be the biggest factor in the timeframe, however, we usually see hard physical evidence within 7-14 Days.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Insight PI currently charges a $750 retainer. After 15 hours of work is completed, a charge of $65 per hour will begin. Do Not Exceed orders can be put in place, in addition to consulting with clients before exceeding the retainer.
